Copy and Paste Prompt

I would like a mixture of educational tips, including why rent when you can own and new vs. resale, available inventory, community highlights, local flair, and personal branding. My audience is {Define your TCP}. Please reference the attached document to appeal to this audience {Attach your TCP}. Use this voice and tone: confident, knowledgeable, and friendly. Use a spreadsheet format, including post type | hook | copy | image suggestions | hashtags | CTA | contact info. Create separate tabs in the spreadsheet for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and edit the captions to match those sites. I will upload this spreadsheet into Canva using the Bulk Create feature.”
Open Bulk Create in Canva

In your design: Apps → Bulk Create → upload CSV (or paste data).

Confirm that Canva detects your headers correctly.
Map Data to Elements

Right-click a text box → connect data → choose the matching column (e.g., caption → caption box).
Generate Pages

Click continue → generate to create one page per row.

Canva will auto-populate your design for all rows in the CSV.
Review & Adjust

Skim all pages: line breaks, text clipping, and fine-tuning.
-
Nudge sizes/spacing on the master page if multiple pages need the same fix.

Spot-swap images on any page that doesn’t fit the vibe.
Export or Schedule

Download: PNG/JPG/MP4 as needed; use {Filename} data for organized exports.

Prompt #2 - Drip Campaign (On-Site Realtor SAMI event)

The event will feature [highlight details such as free headshots, catered lunch, networking, model tours, etc.]. Please create a social media drip campaign with a sequence of posts to build awareness and drive Realtor attendance. The campaign should include posts for: a save the date, official invite with RSVP details, event perks/value, a one-week reminder, a three-day reminder, a day-of post, and a post-event thank you/recap. Write professional, engaging, and Realtor-focused captions, using a friendly and approachable tone. Incorporate relevant hashtags, community branding, and a call to action with RSVP or “link in bio” as appropriate. Format the output so it is easy to copy into a spreadsheet for Canva Bulk Create, with clear sections for post type, date, headline, caption, and suggested image.
