AI Prompt Guide

This guide provides four ready-to-use AI prompts that any sales agent nationwide can copy, paste, and customize. Each prompt includes fillable fields to tailor the analysis to your specific market, Target Customer Profile, and builder partner. The Fast Hit versions are presentation-ready for quick use, while the Deep Dive versions give you more detailed insights for builder conversations.

Prompt 1: Competitor Market Research (Fast Hit)

Copy and paste this into ChatGPT. Fill in the placeholders in brackets with your specific details:


You are a marketing research analyst and business consultant. Analyze the new home sales market in [Enter City/Community Here]. My target customer profile is [Enter TCP]. My builder partner is [Enter Your Builder Name]

  • Identify the top three competitors for this profile in this market.

  • Provide a quick SWOT analysis of these competitors
